Filling your Employer pipeline in a Rural Area
I was recently asked this question on the Cold Calling Employers webinar when I introduced the topic of how to fill your employer pipeline, “Does this work in a rural setting?” My answer was “Yes definitely” In a rural setting, if you have a pipeline of even 30 employers, you can be working those people.
